Our commitment to winning minds

Over the last few years Tyndale Christian School – Salisbury East has been winning minds, with our strong focus and commitment to student wellbeing. Wellbeing in the mind leads to wellbeing in other areas of a student’s development.

Tyndale Christian School’s commitment is borne out of the fundamental believe that, ‘Every child is fearfully and wonderfully made by God and loved with an everlasting love’ – Psalm 139:13.

“We want every child to know who they are in God, to know that they matter to him and to us, that they have unique gifts and talents which can be used now and into the future so that they become global citizens who leave Tyndale with a desire to serve others in whatever way they are called to.”
Mike Potter, Head of Schools

Tyndale Christian School’s approach was recently echoed in the McCrinde Research Report – The Future of Education, with 1 in 2 parents increasing their expectations of schools to support their student’s wellbeing.

At Salisbury East we practically outwork our commitment with a Health Care Centre and Counselling Centre, employing 14 staff and 2 therapy dogs in a range of part/full time positions and roles to best serve the needs of our community.
