Standing on Solid Ground

We had the pleasure of hosting the annual Pastors’ Morning Tea earlier this week on Tuesday 21 March. With a warm sense of community, we spent the morning sitting in the presence of God as discussions unfolded about remaining firm in your love of God and his eternal truth.

We were blessed to have our Head of Schools – Mike Potter speak to our local church leaders about remaining on solid ground as the earth shakes around you. With movements on a national level, attempting to restrict Christian values in Christian schools, it is a timely reminder to keep our eyes focused on God.

We hold our Pastors’ Morning Tea annually across each of our Tyndale Christian School locations. We are passionate about inclusivity and value our Tyndalians from all around South Australia, importantly including our family down at Murray Bridge and Strathalbyn. We are passionate about ensuring that each has the opportunity to have a relationship with Christ. Therefore, we believe it is important that we honour and support our local church leaders over our communities and develop ideas about supporting our students and families in working together to bring God’s people closer to Him.

Additionally, we discussed the connections which we hold dear to our local faith communities. As a Christian teaching and learning community, the School hold that Biblical truths are eternal, set in place by God, the Creator of all things. This is affirmed by our School Motto which declares that God’s Truth Prevails.

As you move through your week, may you be reminded of this truth, and our prayer is that our local church communities will be reminded of this as well.

If you would like to ensure your Church’s Pastor is invited in 2024 or check that they are on our database, please contact Miss Alysha Manuel – Marketing Officer, by phone or email.
